Description:
I just started up CK2 and noticed the user added me an accepted the user, I immediately checked his/her account and the user was VAC banned.
The user offered me a Vintage Sandman (about .33 ref) for a particularly drab tincture fancy fedora (uncraftable, about 1.77 ref) assuring me it was a good deal. The moment I mentioned the user was VAC banned I was deleted from his/her friend list.

Unfortunately this seems to be a shark report, Steamrep doesn't directly ban on these kind of reports but they're appreciated. However I'll have to archive your report due to this.
