Don't actually have the victim or any screenshots. I was on a trade server as I oft am and he started talking about someone who was blackmailing him threatening to report him if he didn't return his item(s). I asked what he was being blackmailed for and he said that he was going to buy a Bill's Hat, but didn't have keys for it at the time, so he said he would hold it until he had the keys. The victim let him hang on to it, and then the scammer sold it to someone else. Now he is being blackmailed by the victim, and refuses to reimburse the victim for the lost item. Bill's Hats are fairly expensive, so this is kind of a dick move I think.
