The person added me on steam (I suspect he found me on Dota2Lounge) and asked me to add his friend. As can be seen the link that he sent me, is the link to a phishing website. He deleted me when I did not respond within a minute.

Hello, unfortunately Steamrep does not process Phishing reports as their Investigation Policy has changed.
