I can't donate to steamrep

Hello everyone,so before a couple of weeks (probably around 3-4 idk)i donated to steamrep but my donator rank got removed a couple of days right after,and according to your donator rank rules it was removed due to the following reason :

• Account is less then a certain number of months old (judged upon case by case).

So i was wondering if you can re-enable my donation features? since my account is more than 1 year old and i think that's more than enough
