Improper Format I got scammed.

Hello guys.So i recently got scammed.So I was trading with this guy and I was showing everything that I'm selling.He said he wants 1 of the items so he put up the metal.I said ok but then i accidently hit make trade and traded with him.I politely asked if he could give me them back and he said no.Here is a screenshot:
