    I have one question.

    Can I ask for more evidence in someone's report , while I am not SR staff?
    Just to help people to make their reports complete.

    The whole reason the policy of not allowing regular users to post in scam reports was to prevent the spread of misinformation by inexperienced users. Contacting a user directly to help them with a report is effectively the same as replying to the report, the only difference being this misinformation can spread without anyone being able to see it and correct it.

    i.e. don't do this.
