Improper Format I think I got scammed...

I friended this guy and was going to buy his hat (though i didn't, since it was clean and i wanted dirty), and he asked to buy my kringle collection and dirty fast learner. He told me he'd send $15 in steam credits from his paypal to my steam. I looked at his steamrep and he was clean, plus the items weren't worth that much.

He copied this message to the trade
"So where will I see this money?

2:32 PM - Zombie Slayer: The Amount of money: 15.00$ will be transfered automaticaly to Bear-O-Dactyl account after the trade.

Looking back on this the message seems like BS, he could have just made it up completely. My account hasn't gotten any more money (still $.92). Obviously I should have gotten a middle man or something, asked for the money first or gotten collaterals or something. What should I do?

I can take pictures/screenshots of anything if you guys need me to. Like screenshot of the trade chat or of my trade history or something.
I did thre trade my kringle plus fast learner for nothing of him, assuming it would give me the moeny after but it didn't. Now he's offline or blocked me or something. I can't view his profile but he's still in my friends list. It says this profile can only be viewed by friends.
