    So before like 10 mins someone added me to buy my white summer shades and I didn't really check his steamrep. Because to me thats a normal trade from outpost.

    He offered me 3.11 Ref (.11 in weps) + 3 Hats + BaF Bills i thought it was overpay in items since he does not have pure.

    I provided the wrap though.

    I'm really sorry for trading with a scammer..

    And i knew that he is a scammer after checking my Bills history from the outpost backpack.. this is like i'm reporting myself, because i do not want to damage my rep in anyway :(

    The least you can do when trading something on a trading site is see if the other user is banned from the site. If it happened as you say it did, doubt anyone at SR would care as long as you are more careful going forward.
