Improper Format I was foold

My friend was asking for 2 hats (dashin hashshahsin and doublcross-comm)!!! he said that he will just try them on and give me back my 2 hats! but that did not happend !!! he just run away from steam and he said that he wont give me back my hats!!! ((( PLEASE HELP ME!!!
