idk why i was banned?

I haven't played tf2 for a LONG time and i just got on went to a jump server to practice rocket jumping and infront of my name it says [SCAMMER] and i was confused and I thought it was just a rank system and that was the starting rank and then after about a hour i went to scrap.tf to buy some weps to make into slot tokens to make awps for profit. It won't let me use scrap.tf and i was freaking tf out because thats the only trading website except backpack.tf i know about. Idk why i was banned how do i check?
