Accepted Imposter 76561198042343169

Someone Scammed me for 4 Buds, he asked me for rep although i have very little, he sent this link proving that he was a Steam Rep Admin. http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198042343169

I checked it out and it looked fine, although he did not send the money. Its kind of hard trying to find information about an account when its set to private.

No Money was received into my paypal account.

I have now taken screenshots where he is agreeing to the deal and also his most recent steam names. If anyone could help me take down this impersonator i would be grateful, and even more so if i could get my items returned.

Are you sure this is the person that scammed you? It might have been an impersonator.

Edit: Could you please provide the information of the profile that scammed you? Without that there isn't much to go on.

I think this was my fault in not checking enough whilst being quite tired, i have found the account and it has already been located as a SR Scammer, i don't know if there is any more that you guys can do. If not sorry for wasting your time, would be cool to get the items back, but i guess that is a long shot.

We can't help you get the items back. Try a ticket with Valve, but that's unlikely.
