Hello, so I just got scammed out of my unusual: A Nuts and Bolts Le Party Phantom. I was on a trade server, and noticed someone selling clean flip flops. I traded him and offered my unusual for it. We traded, and I realized that it was the item 'Aqua Flops' renamed to Flip-Flops. He refused to give the item back, and proceeded to disconnect from the server after a few people noticed the scam and began asking him to give it back. There are multiple witnesses, including Mr. Cool and AtomicRSN. Many people were on the server, and I have screenshots as proof shown below. Also, how can I get my unusual back?

Fatitalianmario is my very own friend. I felt very bad and mad at this guy FISH! when he scammed Fatitalianmario and I wanted to help my friend to get his stuff back, so i was trying to add him and talk to him, but i couldn't add him directly because he blocked me, I noticed that he was on GHS sever so i asked one of their admin, Jhay to help me and he added Fish and invited both of us to the chat and this is the chat log here. http://justpaste.it/2rcu

First he told me that he unboxed nuts phantom which isnt true http://www.tf2items.com/item/1691753465 (proof that Fatitalianmario provided shows that this isnt true too but, heres a history of the item)
And he admitted that it was an aqua flop, not the flip flop(which what he told Fatitalianmario) in the chat and he left right after I mention about his scam, which kidna proves that he is a scammer because, if he wasnt a scammer, he would say that he didnt scam or try to prove that he isnt a scammer.

P.S. I changed my name so he wont leave right after he sees me
