Scam attempt, not completed

Today this user tried to pass Torchlight 2 RU copies as Row copies

As you can see in the 'yeah' screenshoot he admited that his copies were ROW ( rest of the world, no rescrictions). After waiting 30 minutes for him to finish his game, he asked me to trade him, but during trade he added Torchlight 2 RU copies ( those copies got certain resctrictions which decrease their key value)

I told him 'those are not row, those are ru, wtf' and closed the window, and after that I blocked him on steam as well. I did not completed the trade as these copies got an special RU tag on them, so I could easily verify that this was an scam attempt.

AS you can see on the inventory screenshot, his copies ARE russian copies, and he tried to pass them as ROW copies.

Sorry but there's no way to know what happened in the trade without the screenshot of it.
