Yea, that would be cool if you could help me and my two of my friends. So the thing is that there has been this site that hijacks accounts information and my two friends were victims of it and were marked as sr scammer. One of my friends isn't very good with steam rep and I wanted to appeal his tag for him since he doesn't know how exactly .

No 3rd party appeals, they will have to post the appeal themselves, if they further need assistance you can help them by telling them what they need to post.
