Well, the thing you did (visible in the dota 2 report - http://i.imgur.com/Pqz19cG.jpg) is that you asked other person to add some dota 2 crates (chests) and when the user was adding the items you used that chance to remove the base dragonclaw hook, which is valued at 27-29 dota 2 keys, and then again mark'd your status of the trade to be ready.
That is a scam offense and dishonest against the people you trade with. You used a scam method called quick switch scam. You tried to get 20 keys for items which didn't worth it and for it you made the deal which look very good and tentative 20 dota 2 keys+3 chests for hook+low valued items. That would be profit 7-9 dota 2 keys for the other user. Just the deal was too good to be true. Do you understand to why you are tagged now?
