[Is this a thing?!]No answer to ticket from SteamSupport after 45+ days

    greetings all...

    No answer to ticket from SteamSupport after 45+ days
    its been more than that...

    i even made this thread before here to take advice:

    yet no avail...
    its becoming 3 months that:

    no items drop in game,
    cannot add cd keys,
    cannot trade,
    cannot get gifts,
    no nothing...
    it says my account is locked...
    this has happened after someone buying an item from me from community store(dota 2)...

    please need some advice i am becoming crazy...

    never been in this situation with any other game companies....
    please don't close/lock my thread/post let me SPEAK FREELY...

    BTW i provided them with the stuff they asked:
    email, username, etc
    i just dident took a screenshot and post here cus of security(meh).

    Deleted the images because they contained personal information. Don't make your account name public.

    There's not really any advice we can give you. Steam Support also has their share of backlog tickets. If they choose not to answer for whatever reason, then I guess you could make a new ticket. Not sure if 45 days is normal or not at this point.

    i need someone to INVESTEGATE my case and let me know that this was just a mistake...
    cause there are WAYYYYY too much SPAM links being msged to me...
    and my account is getting disconnected several times...
    i might be hacked...
    i even thought of changing the password...
    but my memory is very bad...and my brother helps me with running this account...

    Steam support has less then 1 minute to handle a ticket. The mistake made by a lot of people is to create a wall of text, which they only read the first few lines till they see the first issue "claimed" in text and select a "standard" answer.

    To save time they use "standard" answers.

    If you can't say your statement/question in less then 2 lines to them, don't bother. They won't read more then that.
