its been 6 months since i posted one on here and I have forgotten about for that long hoping it would get off but it hasn't i send the admin Mattie! a few comments of the evidence and it hasn't been thought after im not mad im kinda pissed but if someone can get me unbaned it would be really appreciated

You were only asked to post a screenshot of the real support ticket rather than the one you posted.

It's the same url than the one you might have used for the screenshot, just remove the &print=1.

The problem with printable ticket screenshot is because it's can easly be faked, which is why it's better to post a screenshot of the original.
