Declined JosephhAllen - Attempted PayPal Scam (and account hijack perhaps)

I have never reported one of these before. I also have a transcript of the incident, but I don't want to post it directly here because I don't know what the links attempt to do if you click on them.

He offered $230 for my 2 bud unusual, and tried to get me to click on his "sourceop" rep links, which weren't true links to the correct domain.

His profile is full of 95% sure fake rep posts, and his inventory is awful empty for someone "willing" to pay for unusuals.

If more information is needed, please ask and I will provide what I can. Stay away from him.

$230 for a 2 bud unusual? Sounds familiar to my story except he somewhat glitched out the trade and before i could close it the unusual was transferred into his TF2 Inventory and exactly after this i had a message from Hotmail that my account is blocked for spam messages, a bit strange isin't it? He also uses other users to confirm for him. We need to mobilize and get this prick banned before he takes more unusual's from poor, honest tf2 players.
