Also, stay calm and tell us what happened. Describe the situation ,letter by letter (like what was the trade for, what unusual have been lost, what was the agremeent , any additional informations you think are useful etc.) and we also need some screenshots as proof - e.g. chat you had with him, inventory history
If you don't have any screenshots, unfortunately he won't get anything - in most of the cases.
