Description: So, I was playing death run when he traded me asking for my high-five taunt. He offered me a key and 5 reclaimed for it. But i noticed the key had 0 uses left. Im not sure if this degrades the key's value in any way but I assumed it does. He told me that the key actually wasn't glitched/hacked and could be used but I didn't believe him. Again, I'm not sure if this lowers the key's value, or counts as a scam. I didn't accept the trade.

Just so you know, items with 0 uses are becoming more common. A Zeph Greed paint with no uses was uncovered yesterday, and there are quite a few of those items. I would not classify this as a scam, the keys are in perfect working condition and are simply produced by a valve glitch. I won't elaborate further to save space, but this should be treated as a deal with an odd item. C:
