A: I am currently freelancer, self-entrepreneur and student.
4) Why do you want to be an SR mod?
A: I want to help community against scammers. I also want to dedicate some of my time to do so.
5) How much time can you donate to SR per week?
A: I can spend anywhere between 2-30 hours per week, all depends on everything else i have going on. I still think every minute counts tho.
6) Do you have any prior admin experience, or similar, and please elaborate?
A: Nothing major, i have run few of my own communitys and such. And been around there and here.
7) What do you foresee as challenges as an SR mod?
A: Trying to be polite and fair to everyone, there is always two sides for every story.
8) Can you accept the fact that you must enforce per SR rules and guidelines?
A: Absolutely. Thats what you need to do, even when you're not staff.
9) Do you feel you will have any issues denying appeals or accepting reports?
A: No. You i just need to be fair and make sure that decitions are correct.

A: Very well. I'm really open minded and not cocky at all.
11) What do you feel are your personal shortcomings or attributes you can improve on?
A: I dont know. I like myself as i am now. You can always improve things but nothing particular that i think i need to work on.
12) What contributions do you believe you will be able to make to SR?
A: Time and effort are the most things i think are valueable. Money is not so important, however im tTier V donator to support community.
13) Do you have any interest in eventually becoming an SR Admin? If so, what kinds of things would you like to do?
A: Sure if i have time. Im willing to do anything thats needed and not like to focus on just one thing. Overall help is what i personally appreciate.

What communities/sites, and what was your role there?

Some other minor cummunities and forums, mainly local ones

The admin is saying that which community you were on which I think you have to give the name's and the site's of those communities. Also, he is saying that which role you were, like were you an owner, an admin or a mod on those servers? I think you should answer those questions.

Example:
Name: ASBOgaming
Goal: A community evolving around in-game events that where either based on donations for the winner(s) or where the participants put in items to the winner. Community is now defunct, website etc are gone.
Role: Event Admin, with events on the server, handle the donations from players or participants items towards the winner of the event(s), instruct the players on the rules of the specific event and overview the event and make sure things where done fair. Handing the prizes to the winners afterwards. Events encompassed in-game races, skill displays (high jumping, far jumping, mass spycrabs, races (solly whipping heavy), boxing, fighting bosses (regged killer won), etc). Part of it was handling MM's with 1:1 spycrabs, report scammers/impersonators of winners to the forums, etc.

This kid is the epitome of scum. He's a known scammer from HackForums.net. Literally has scammed dozens of people, on multiple accounts..

As in what? Search his email account on HF or something, I don't really know what to say other than there's probably 100 threads on HF about him scamming users. He's also banned on several accounts, keeps coming back and scamming more people.
