Less then a Value of Bills..Bills dropped!

Did your trading with scammers change with the drop of Bill's price?
Bills used to be 8 keys, and have been that way for the longest time now.
Currently most Bill's hats are now being sold for 6 - 7 keys. (I managed to buy one for 5 keys)
So does that mean you need to check always with anyone you trade with for 7 keys now?

If you never thought Bills would drop in value, shouldn't you change it to 8 keys instead of the word Bills?

The wording is chosen to include promo's, including bills, and the value of bills was what it was set to. any price fluctuates. In some time the worst unusuals will be less then a bills, thats why its said to include any unusual.

We're aware that prices fluctuate, especially when somebody aparently dumped shitloads of bill's on the market.

The keys may increase or decrease in its price but bill's hat is probably going to be around the same price - $8-$12. So I'd suggest changing the limit to monetary value - something around the mentioned value. But not sure how that will work when people may value items differently - steam market, TF2 store, user market..
