Turns out that they were already used and that none of them were for Sleeping dogs. They were Batman Arkham City and some other game. Oh and i would love to have my Bill's Hat back since i cherish it. Thanks. I found him by selling a bills hat for offers.
He never promised working cd-keys . The trade of terms werent fullfilled i give you that, but you got in equality games which are more worth, even if they cant be activated. A chat doesnt prove much actually. I at least prefer a background picture of the steam profile url + friend list + chat. This doesnt prove much.
As a matter of fact, it does he says "why do you need to prove they work" This means he implies that the game codes are working. And saying "got in equality games which are more worth, even if they cant be activated" makes no sense at all, he just got text, not game codes, therefore he got nothing, its like Tsubasa gave away a bills.
Umm, he strangely returned my bills hat. I don't know if he tried to frame me for something or he's being nice?
THE WHOLE STORY: He did have an intention of scamming me, though he felt guilty in the end and gave up being a scammer. And he was hijacked before.
Everything was worked out with the users. The hat was returned and there was no other logs provided to proe he admited to trying to scam.
