Improper Format Mark him as a scammer

I see you still have not marked http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198075648040 as a scammer. We must atleast warn people for him. We really need to mark him. Atleast a caution. He got that hat, what he did swap with me from http://steamcommunity.com/id/PenisWrangler9000/. I know that swapping is not a scam, but I did not actually want to swap that at all. I thought I will get a game and then give him that back. However this guy http://steamcommunity.com/id/PenisWrangler9000/ added me and told me that the guy has been told him same story, but he did not get a swap like I did. It is a scam for sure. This scammer is clever and chatted in a trade chat. I don't have proofs, but I would like to get atleast a caoution on his profile, to warn other people.

Ah, never mind this. I am never been on to reading anyways. If you dont want to warn people then ok, but I thought that maybe you can atleast mark him as a possible scammer.
Honesly, I dont care anymore. I got scammed, but I cant take it back either. I only was victim cause he isnt marked as a scammer before. I steamrepped him and found nothing.
Otherwise I woulded immitiately canceled the trade. We must warn people, and I have alot of study so I dont have any time to read all those announcments writed by admins. And I am sorry that I dont know how to do printscreens
It would take a plenty of time and honestly I cant get my stuff back anyways and if warning people is a BIG problem as you think admins, then I dont have a motivation to report those scams.
