Invalid Marked as Scammer unreasonably

I have found out that I was marked as a Scammer on certain TF2 servers, it does not reflect me at all. There are some things that make me seem like a scammer but in reality I'm a clean player. The reason I believe I was marked as a scammer : I have a friend that scams other people (Him and I have been good friends for a few years now, outside of steam) and it is looked on as an alternate account. I have TRIED to scam, but these failed attempts were about a month after I set up my TF2 account (June, 4 2012). My last reason for this misunderstanding, I had my good friend (Known as Sir_Budroe, ID #76561198071559515) visit me where I live. I had to leave the house for about 30 minutes, he said "check your backpack, I got you a present". This "present" he had gave me was scammed from another player on my account. I do hope this can be resolved, because I haven't been able to trade on servers where I have been marked as a scammer, and I'm not a scammer. My steam ID can be found in links below:

No, It doesn't, I understand what you mean there. I do regret trying to scam other players, but I haven't scammed or tried to scam ever since.

Well maybe you shouldn't even try it in the first place no? I mean you knew the risk for scamming and yet you did it any ways(and failed). We probably know where this is going so you probably have no chance in clearing your scammer tag. You only have yourself to blame.

You need to appeal your SKIAL scam tag with SKIAL, please refer to the FAQ or the "How To" appeal sticky for further info.
