I'm slightly confused. You were selling a Bill's hat for $10, and Mr. Saturday here, adds you. He wants to buy the hat. You give him your email, and he tells you to trade the hat. You ask him if he has sent the money and he says he prefers doing it at the same time.
You ask him to post the confirmation message, and when he asks for clarification on what you just say, you say you're going to report him?

Did you actually send the Bill's hat and did you receive the $10? At the end you said he sent you the money and then left? If he sent the money and you didn't give the hat, that makes you the scammer. Sorry if I'm not picking up on sarcasm here, just wanted to check.
Without evidence of the trade chat (screenshots) and because no trade actually happened (so there will be no trade histories) I don't think SR can do much with the only solid evidence being him asking to buy your hat.

Sorry, but since you closed the trade chat, there's nothing we can do to prove there was a scam.
