My profile name and picture arent changing

For some reason my profile name and my profile picture arent changing when I try to change my profile picture it ends up staying, if I try to delete it then upload my custom one under 50KB it returns from the dead (wtf ) and the profile name isnt changing to my steam name :d

As mentioned in #5 of the General Discussion FAQ, name changes (even by request) are not possible. You are able to update your picture though under the Personal Details tab!

isnt there any other way of changing the name ? even starting a new profile.. I really dont get the point I used it fun and now my steam account has a serious name, and I cant update it, its most likely a bug since when I delete or change it this current image shows up, I tried over 50 times

and its sad that I am level 61 and I actually wanted to start reporting people who tried to scam the website I work for, with such a name

The error is basically, when I click on the avatar I get this window to change it, I upload the file it says successfully changed, it didnt change I click on my avatar again and click delete image and then click ok and refresh then click on the default avatar in order to change it I upload my own profile picture and it uploads the Skull one instead of the one I want to upload

I was wondering can you look at my scam report ? because someone's logic is failing today
