Need some help, quite unpleased.

So I know this most likely has nothing to do with steam rep, but In my eyes it's harassment.

SO someone signed me up to be an Admin on this new upcoming 'betting' site, which I didn't know about. After adding the owner and speaking to him about it, he said some things, and then someone else added me called 'Plank' and he has multiple alt accounts.

So the owner of this site apparently 'scammed' this plank guy, and I saw the proof from both sides and came to the conclusion that the owner then took some items off a plank, with no promised return. Plank added me and told me that the owner had scammed him. I then tried to come to a conclusion, and we resulted in, if he was to remain patient, I would give him some stuff back.
Every day since then (over a week), he has been threatening to me and the site, to 'release reports' to steam groups, to minus rep me, and get the site taken down. As for the site, well. it's only a site. But my profile that I have been building up is quite valuable to me. And this guy finally snapped as he said today, and is very threatening towards me.

This is apparently a 16-year-old... with no respect, or maturity at all... I'm not sure if you can 'silence' this guy, but I have blocked him in hope that he will leave me alone. People like this are the disease of the community, people who don't have any care for anyone else, but think they own the damn thing. I'll leave his profile(s) here, or at least the ones I know... I just think someone should teach him a lesson.

Both of his accounts are already marked by SteamRep for scamming. In the future you should check SteamRep before dealing with people like this, it will save you a lot of trouble.
