Improper Format Not giving stuff back.

I asked my friend to sell my items to TF2 Outpost, i cant use outpost becouse im banned, I admit i made a mistake there but anyway, he sold them to TF2 Warehouse, i wanted a black paint and he sold my Strange Spendlid Screen and Three Rune Blade, than i told him that i already got 1 and he sold the items and gave me a RoboKey and some other stuff that i gave him (VIntage Loch and Load and that all class robo hat), Both items make like 30 - 32 k, and when he bought the robo key it was 20k, i asked him where are my rest things, he told me ill give em back, i waited and waited and now when i ask him he is saying that i DIDNT told him to give me my stuff back (that means like 10k), he offerd me Safe Nd Sound, but i wanted all my stuff, now he doesnt want to give me back cuz he doesnt OW me. >.>
Please do anything, Tag him as scammer or idk just dont let this get behind.
