Improper Format Not sure if scam

Im not really sure if he was trying to scam me over or not, thats why i decided not to trade with him and upload it here so you guys can tell me if its some new method of trading, or he was just clearly trying to get my courier without paying.

You cannot directly transfer Steam Wallet funds from one user to another. If a person says they will do this, they are trying to scam you!
