This is a false negotiator because I added a comment on your trade to add me as such he accepted my request to fire his weapon strange ax for 2 scraps, then after that open trade and as such asked me more than the price he had posted on the website outpost!

First of all, this has been posted in the wrong sub-forum. Second of all, you made this exact same scam report earlier in the day and it was rejected by Helen. You have not added any new evidence, so there is no reason for this second report.

Exactly. The screenshots show (and Helen ruled) that no scam took place. PANIC asked for a scrap or two clean weapons in change. Ohaimark said he didn't have the change, and none of the evidence provided shows them asking for more than the agreed price.

In regards to the forum ban rule, I can't say anything about it one way or the other.
