Old report/Closing of report (Need more info)

    Hello back in 2013 a report was issued regarding my account. Seeing as the report is over 2 years old and more information has not been given as requested. I was curious if the report could be closed since sufficient information has no been provided. Here is the link to said report.

    I'm sorry if this is the incorrect place to post this, I took a look on some of the FAQ's but nothing seemed to answer my question.
