Hi . I want to appeal about my paypal chargeback scam .

Sep 23.2013 , Someone hijacked my paypal account .

After few hours later from hijacking , paypal detected hijacking then limited my paypal account and hold all recently transaction about 15,000 USD .

Hijacker bought more 10 games from Steam game selling site .

112 payments was hold and one of victims reported me on Steamrep . Then i became scammer .

After i heard about accident , i called to paypal account department , and counselor said "You need to submitted some documents to us for proving you are really your paypal owner ."

At first , paypal said to me , they can unlimit my account then all payments will be unhold .

But they changed their mind .

In shortly , They only can reserve all money as much 112 payments to me .

So I decided to send money to all sellers(victim) from my other paypal account .



I upload screenshots as proof of pay back .

These screenshots are consist of 2type

1. Reserving list (Refunded money to my paypal account)

2. Pay back list (Sending money to sellers)

* These list include isnt realted with tf2 payment like G2A , Humble Bundle , Gamers Gate , and Other site that using paypal .

* Sometimes i sent several reversed payments at once because for fastly handling (Like 1,200 USD to zaur)



I made pay-back list as "payback.txt" file for preventing to be confused but It include so many seller's private info .

I sent it already to Helen angel(SR admin) and Garry(Outpost moderator , and one of victims) .

victims and outpost moderator . Replies in this group show process about accident .

I am the one of the victim of this case
She/he is not scammer , because I get back the money after paypal hold for a long time.
