Improper Format Paypal impersonation scam

A few days ago, this guy added me: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198046221620/
Impersonating him: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/stonecleric/

He added me to ask if I wanted to do paypal for my Planets modest. I have never done paypal before, so I was hesitant, but he assured me that he would lead me through the process. We negotiated a price, and I'll let the chat do the talking:

Wow close call friend, well really. It is very good that you asked questions XD, Otherwise you'd of been scammed incredibly awful.
I think that the mods should definitley look over this. No further proof is needed, The guy bailed once you asked for his rep. There was no official trade, so inventory history and trade screenshot is not needed. I think this will get marked.
