Declined Paypal money deal,i got scammed

Hello dear steam rep.
I got scammed by

For paypal deal,i payed him all my TF2 items for reall money,20ref 4key and spy misc.
He said he will pay 23$ and he allway said,day after day..i will give u asap.
today..i waked up and i saw that he online,but my friend list saying **was online before 20 hours**
and thats freak me out,because i trusted him for really long.
Please mark him as scammer. and check out our chat/trade history..
