    Hey , just got paypal scammed!
    Can i dispute the paymant , and get the money back , and do i get full money back , and do they even return my money?

    If you were the person dispersing the funds, then most certainly you can charge-back and dispute the payment. Indeed given Paypal rules and the fact I presume you are talking about virtual items, the ball is almost entirely in your court.

    Paypal are fairly prompt in dealing with tickets and provided you follow the proper procedures and furnish the info they seek, you should have little trouble at all. I am presuming here you were genuinely scammed of course.

    (sorry for the inexperience)

    From what I've heard:

    If they scammed the ITEM from you:
    -You can submit a ticker to steam support, and in however many days, they will send you a message back. I believe they might refund your item (and the item will be "duped")

    If they scammed MONEY from you:
    -You can chargeback
