I can only advise you to avoid doing a trade with someone that is threatening you to make a trade that you don't even want. You know that he can revoke the paypal payment, right?

Watch out what you click within paypal's site.
    Read: https://forums.steamrep.com/pages/safetrading/

A much abused type of scam is sending a "invoice" to the victim with paypal, at which the victim not familiar with Paypal thinks they got the money.
Never read the email, always go to the paypal website to check the balance and if none got added, its NOT a payment.
If you click the invoice, paypal wil TAKE money from your Credit card or bank account, whatever you got linked to them, and PAY that TO the scammer.

Don't do trades in/for things you aren't familiar with. What the other person says some is worth, is all in their gain, so take that with a huge grain of salt.

Before you start using Paypal, familiarize yourself with it, and understand what:
    - Transfer money is and does (test with a few cents with a real life friend or some)
    - Recieve money is and does (same)
    - Chargeback is and does (nope, don't test this, just google it and read a bunch of pages till you get the idea)
    - Invoice is and what it does (sends you a mail with a bill to pay, you pay for the invoice via Paypal)

The first 3 have DIRECT consequences for your balance on paypal. Paypal transactions take less then a second to change your balance. As soon as you pay, its gone. As soon as it is transferred TO you, its on YOUR paypal. There is NO delay in there. Invoices you should decline.

Account is made at end of last year, so only like 3 months old. The comments on the profile are BS, read: https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/what-constitutes-reputation.12391/

I'd stay away from such a account. There is literally NO investment in that account (only 6 games, played all the F2P games to "fill" the game list when clicked, cheap games otherwise. Comments are way to sketchy, so useless.
