Improper Format Paypal scamer

    i was scammed when this user

    what happened was that he added me and offered $50 for my unusual he had more rep than me so i thought it would be safe to go first. After he got the unusual he deleted me. I added him back and he said that he sent the money so i thought maybe its sending and ill get it in a few days well i didn't after 5 days i still don't have the money so i told him to give me my unusual back that's when i found out that he sold it within a few hours of me trading it to him. after this i asked him a few things about the Paypal interface like whats on the front page and what my e-mail was ( because Paypal sends a verification e-mail about all the info you entered to send the money) and he had no clue about anything
