This guy is scammer!

He asked me to add him on other account:

After i added his other account and traded keys he opened dispute:

He doesn't confirm that he opened dispute:

Now he agrees taht he opened claim:

But he has my 53 keys , and he want to get back his 100$​

Claim was by mistake , it is declined , money received, lock / delete threat thanks.
