This user, is a very obvious paypal scammer. They wish for the seller to go first and they wont use a middleman. This user has next to no tf2 items, and less than 10hours in tf2. They have fake rep on their profile, which was made minutes after each other, by friends. This is a very fishy user, and is already perm banned from outpost. If you don't like my rules don't trade with me, 2 days ago i got scammed, this is why i will don't go first.
