Invalid paypal scammer

First of all i don't have almost proof im just writing so maybe nobody will trust him.

So i got Earbuds and wanted to sell them for paypal money.I added him and i didn't have a lot of rep so he said go first or i won't trade. So i gave him earbuds, and he had to pay me 35$. 1hour later i got worried and started to write him is everything all right. He didn't respond me. And now 8hours later i tried to remove him from friends and add him again so we can talk maybe. He didn't accept my friend request and i still don't have money. I added few people from HIS friendlist and i asked them if they can talk with him. The only thing what he wrote to them is: пошел нахуй. When its translated it means ,,f✿✿✿''. So i asked what to do and he said me to report him to steamrep.com
