Hello everyone, I want to ask a few questions after I've read the forums guide and faqs.
"When using a middleman both parties should confirm what details of the transaction (what items and how much is being paid for said items). After the middleman confirms receiving the items, they will inform both parties the items were received and then the buyer can pay the seller. The seller then checks their PayPal and confirms that they have received the payment. The middleman then gives the items to the buyer."

1. If the buyer lies and he says he sent the money, how the middle man or the seller can verify if he lies ?
2. If the seller lies and he says he didn't receive the money, how the middle man or the buyer can verify if he lies ?

We have quite specific instructions for ppl to make screenshots of paypal transaction history. And yeah, on occasion they photoshop it, but we have always found out on that... for both parties can make a screenshot....

So it can be a scam, and you can't detect it if he modifies the pictures. Is sad..so no trade is safe.

It's true you can receive money by steam wallet (qiwi) ?

yes. If anyone EVER says they are sending money via steam wallet, IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRADE THEM.

Why ?

It is not possible to send money via Steam Chat, Steam Trade, Steam Guard, etc. People will make stuff look believable as if they are transferring money to your steam account from theirs, but it is not possible.
