Improper Format People They Will Give Me A Bill.BUT they didn't and i also paid him.

I met this guy call Yuhengchew in my friend list,he said he is selling bills in a server when another friend of mine was also in a 1v1 match i ask how much and he said 2 craft hats so i pay him a Safe'n'Sound and a Tippler Tricorn.And He Invite Me To A Grouo But He didn give me the bill after a month or two.He ask that this wasn enough and i pay him an aladin and a dirty batter helm.He disband the group,and invite me to another group he created.i still don't know.
