Invalid Phishing link 'mastermind'

Hi , this is the first time I use this web page, but, I think I found the 'mastermind' of a group of phishing bots.
The master mind's account:

I know this because: I bumped my TF2outpost trades and, as always -.-, got added by a phishing bot. I looked for this bot's backpack on backpack.tf. Nothing in it. Looked at his history from the previous day and:

Cosmetics, Stranges, metals, etc.
Then, I looked at his cosmetic AND metal's history, all his cosmetics gather up to the 'mastermind's' account. I did this, as well with an item from Hacker's account, this item's previous owner (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198057148923) Is, as seen in the comment section of his profile, a phishing bot.

Wrong section, and SR doesn't handle phishing reports.

Your best bet is to send a email to valve or something(steam support?) and tell them
