Please provide your details in the same format as you've done for the scammer. You must also provide evidence to prove that you were actually scammed. Finally, although SteamRep does mark scammer accounts, it is typically difficult to retrieve your item/s unless the scammer does it willingly.

Speak to Steam Support and ask them to grant your Timebreaker back - they should do it as a one-time customer service gesture.

Steam Trading Policy says that they will not return/duplicate any items that were traded away in a scam, only items lost from an account hijacking, and only once if that is the case.
