Improper Format Please help stop spam

I know this is invalid, but I'm done with steamrep, I no longer require its services, I clicked the check box for it to send me threads to my email when I first signed up, but I don't want that anymore. I literally just started marking steam rep emails as spam because I literally have 500 emails from steamrep alone in the last 1 1/2 week.

Please tell me how to stop this or just delete my steam rep account in general.
If there is an admin who thinks this is invalid just remove the thread, otherwise thank you for your time.
