Improper Format Posibbly a scammer

So today i was just refreshing outpost and i went nuts when i saw this thread

i was about to buy it then i started thinking why is it so cheap so i went and checked his threads in tf2outpost
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10631807 the user Marianaiser is claiming that the hat is scammed and he disagrees like all scammers do. So i went and asked him .... i was dissapointed.

Lying and the '' want it or not'' thing is almost always used by scammer, later he just lowered the price and i saw he was desesperate to sell it.
