Archived Possible scam

Hi, I was just on a trade server looking to buy some cheap craftable hats. A person called Brerak | 1337-kbps said he was selling a craftable hat for 1 refined. My Proof:

Mr Kaboom : Brerak
Mr Kaboom : How much for the craftable hat?

Mr Kaboom : Ok
I entered a trade with the player and he put in the Ghastlierest Gibus and I put in 1 refined (The hat did not say uncraftable). The trade was made and so after that, I decided to try and rebuild it with another hat, but the hat didn't even appear. I don't know if it was a scam or I just didn't check backpack tf. But he clearly stated that the hat was craftable.

This is a sharking report, which steamrep does not investigate.
