Question about RAWR tags

The thread was locked before my question was answered.

Because RAWR no longer exists, does that mean that anyone with a RAWR tag cannot appeal their tag? Or should they appeal here and hope that the necessary proof exists to remove the tag?

Not dead, just watching. If I say anything, it's because I think I should.
