    Hi, so I'm wondering if steamrep handles reports dealing with third party websites (like opskins, scrap.tf, etc) that conduct fraudulent activities and scams
    If not, where can I report these websites to?

    Scam sites are a dime a dozen, hundreds of them are created every day. Doggone shame. IMO the only people who can do anything are Valve.

    You can always report any site to their host if they are violating that hosts Terms of Service.
    Typically a whois search will result in who the host is and how to contact.
    I know this is kinda a late response but figured better late than never.
